The Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies is organizing a symposium entitled: "Smart Planning for Reconstruction: Practical Experiences and Insights". The event will be held on Wednesday 23 October 2024, at 16:00 Doha Time, at CHS – F1 Building – Second Floor – Seminar Room.
The symposium will be held in Arabic. It will feature distinguished speakers including Issam Shahrour – Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Lille in France. An expert in smart cities and reconstruction, and Yosef Jabareen – Professor of Urban Planning at Columbia University in the United States. An expert in sustainable development and spatial justice for Palestinian communities.
