​Salah Taha is the Director of RAI Consulting, based in the Gaza Strip. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Infrastructure Planning and Management from the Islamic University of Gaza. He is currently the CEO of RAI Consult. He works now as a consultant for planning, management and evaluation of projects and business development, and a consultant to a group of local and international institutions and companies (including the UNDP, the Belgian development agency, the French Development Agency, the Cooperation Foundation, and Oxfam). Previously, he worked in several advisory teams with the Islamic Development Bank, the World Bank, and others. He is also a trainer in planning and management of development projects, writing project proposals, monitoring, and evaluating. He has several academic and research contributions, most notably a book entitled: Making Strategy in cooperation with Wael Publishing House in Jordan, and author of Monitoring and Evaluation - Concepts and Practices, published in Kuwait. Last year, after the May 2021 aggression, he participated with the UNDP in analyzing data and preparing a report on infrastructure damage assessment in the Gaza Strip, which was issued in May 2022.
