​In 1996, Mr. Mohamed Al-Taher obtained a professorship in management sciences, specializing in financial management, from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management in Sfax. In 2002, he had a master's degree in document and archive management, from the Higher Institute of Documentation in Tunis. He worked as a Lead administrator in documents and archives since 2002 at the Ministry of Trade and Export Development. During the period (2009 - 2020), he worked as an expert in documents and archives at the National Documents and Archives Authority in the Sultanate of Oman.
