Biography

​Dr. Julia Barbar is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the School of Economics, Administration and Public Policy at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland where she also worked at the Global Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Her research focuses on how evolving institutional, governance, and leadership dynamics influence organizational behavior, strategies, and outcomes, as well as their implications for public management and policy.
