​Haythem holds an MSc in Conflict Management and Humanitarian Action from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and a B.A. in Anglophone History and Literature from Tunisia. He has further enriched his knowledge with certificates in Conflict Resolution from Benedictine University (U.S.) and Policy Analysis from Cambridge University (U.K.). His professional journey includes roles such as Program Coordinator at H-CORP, Technical Specialist at Insight360,  and Capacity Building Technical Lead at FHI360. He has led projects in migration, youth economic empowerment, preventing violent extremism (PVE), conflict mitigation, civil society, and government capacity building in Tunisia and Libya. Haythem's intellectual curiosity is evident in his research interests, which include PVE,  rebel governance, and post-conflict reconstruction.
