Professor of Political Science at Kuwait University, founder of the Center for Strategic and Future Studies at Kuwait University, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies. He worked as a Visiting Professor at a number of universities and is regarded as an international expert by many scientific organizations. He has lectured at many foreign and Arab universities and has many books in the field of human rights and political science.
