In 2017, Fatime Abdeen graduated from Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK with a bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing Management. She is currently a second-year student in Conflict Management and Humanitarian Action at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. With Al Jazeera Media, Fatima completed an eight months long internship in both the Planning & Project Department and Marketing & Publicity Department in 2018.

Fatima has been an active volunteer with the Qatar Red Crescent since 2018, contributing to disaster management. She is also a member of the Restoring Family Links team as well as the Disaster Management Information Center team. As a presenter, she has acquired experiences in small business management and participated in different events in Doha. With her research interests in culture, art and peace, Fatima believes in beauty and peace to achieve her message in life.
