Achim Wennmann is the Director for Strategic Partnerships of the Geneva Graduate Institute, and Professor of Practice in the Institute's Interdisciplinary Programme where he holds the Nagulendran Chair in Peace Mediation. He authored several publications on conflict, peace processes, and political transitions. He is Editor of the Geneva Policy Outlook and serves on the boards of Swiss Alliance for Global Research Partnerships and the Geneva Water Hub. Previously, he has held positions at the Peace Dividend Initiative, the EU on Yemen, and the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform, where he co-founded Geneva Peace Week and the Peace Talks Initiative. ​​
