Nofe K. Al Suwaidi is the A/Director for International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the State of Qatar. She has also served as the Deputy Director for International Cooperation and Development within the Office of the Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and as a Legal Expert responsible for Legal Affairs and Special Projects. Prior to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Al Suwaidi worked at Qatar Foundation and Msheireb Properties on Compliance and Risk Management. At the Foreign Ministry, Al Suwaidi is responsible for the development and humanitarian assistance cooperation portfolio. Her academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, a Juris Doctor from Hamad Bin Khalifa University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.​
